Purple Watch provides peer-to-peer browser synchronization for video playback, camera/voice communication, and screen sharing between users. The extension connects users directly via WebSockets and WebRTC protocols to facilitate shared viewing experiences.

3. Third-Party Platforms & Content

Purple Watch is an independent utility that interacts locally with your browser's media players (e.g., YouTube). Purple Watch does not host, stream, broadcast, or distribute copyrighted video or audio content.

Users must hold valid access and comply with the terms of service of any third-party streaming platform they use alongside Purple Watch.

4. User Privacy & Communication

Video, audio, and screen sharing sessions operate via direct, encrypted Peer-to-Peer (P2P) WebRTC connections. Purple Watch does not record, intercept, or store private audio, video streams, or text chat messages on external databases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Purple Watch to:

• Transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt signaling servers or network integrity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the service for malicious intent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Purple Watch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback sync, third-party platform compatibility following external platform updates, or complete absence of network lag.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators or maintainers of Purple Watch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the extension.
